1. Meta’s Policy Shift
Meta (Instagram, Facebook, Messenger) has updated its terms to crack down harder on adult content. means any domain associated with adult content risks getting blocked or flagged if it’s not properly age-gated.
2. What’s Happening in the U.S.
Several U.S. states have already passed strict age-verification laws for platforms hosting 18+ content. These laws are expanding fast and have been upheld in court. The regulatory climate is clear: sites that don’t gate adult content risk takedowns, fines, or blacklisting — including entire domains.
3. What We’re Doing About It
To protect the juicy.bio root domain and all of its mirror domains (e.g., thirsty.bio, juicy.page, etc.), we now automatically include an 18+ popup on any link marked or likely to contain adult content.
This popup shows before the user can access the external link and requires a simple confirmation click. It’s added automatically — no setup required.
This applies to:
All Juicy-managed domains
All link buttons leading to 18+ destinations (e.g., OnlyFans, Fansly, etc.)
4. What About Custom Domains?
If you use a custom domain, you own it — which means you have full control. We will not automatically add the 18+ popup to custom domains. You can choose how you want to handle age gating yourself. Just be aware of the risks (of getting your account flagged or your domain banned).
✅ Summary
All Juicy-managed domains (juicy.bio, thirsty.bio, juicy.page, etc.) are automatically 18+ gated for external adult links.
This protects our infrastructure, your links, and your fans.
Custom domains are exempt — you control the rules there.
We’re being cautious now to avoid bans later. This ensures your content stays live, compliant, and accessible.
